Dining in the Colony. In 1810 Governor Lachlan Macquarie & wife Elizabeth were criticised for keeping a "shabby table". Archival letters, journals & menus reveal the way dining was viewed in the Colony. Presented by Jacqui Newling, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Masters in Gastronomy and Curator of Sydney Living Museums. Light supper to follow.
